BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST

1 t cinnamon

1/4 t nutmeg

2 T sugar

4 T butter

4 eggs

1/4 cup half & half

3/4 t vanilla

8 slices Bakerly Brioche

Butter

Warm Runamok Sugarmaker’s Cut or Cinnamon Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Whisk together cinnamon mixture, eggs, half & half, and vanilla and pour into a shallow dish.  Dip both sides of bread into egg mixture. Fry both sides in butter until golden brown.

Serve with butter and warm syrup.
