Chili Lime Chicken Skewers w/ Salsa Sour Cream

- 4 Mexican Fiesta Callisons Seasoned Skewers
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1-1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1.5-inch chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Sierra Salsa (Mild or Kicked Up)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- Soak skewers in white wine for 10 to 15 minutes. To make Salsa Sour Cream, combine salsa and sour cream and set aside. Thread several pieces of chicken onto each skewer. Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes in refrigerator. Lightly brush skewers on each side with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook on a preheated medium high grill until chicken is cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve Salsa Sour Cream on the side or drizzle over skewers. Serve with warm Abuelita’s Corn Tortillas, fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, Mexican rice, and beans. Serves 4.
