This fast and simple recipe can be adapted to use with any grilled fish or even chicken.
Ingredients:
Large raw shrimp in the shell
Crushed garlic
Fresh lemon juice
Salt
Butterfly the shrimp in the shell. Place on grill, cut side down, just until marked by the grill. Turn them over, brush with a combination of crushed garlic, lemon juice and slat and let them finish cooking. Do not overcook.
