Chef Chelsea’s fresh Mandarin Syrup is another way to enjoy our mandarin crop. Use it on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or wherever your imagination takes you. Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Sugar
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 3/4 cup fresh Mandarin Juice
  4. 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  5. 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
  1. Bring sugar and water to boil. Add mandarin juice, cornstarch, and butter. Simmer 6-8 minutes.
