Classes

Our classes are taught by Chelsea Bruce, chef, pastry artist, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Saint Helena, California.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes start at 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required. Please call or sign up online. Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know one week ahead and we can transfer you into another class. Classes with fewer than 8 enrolled will be cancelled. If this happens we will call you by phone the day before. You will have the choice of transferring to another class or receiving a full refund. All evenings include recipes, training, shopping for ingredients and menu planning. Please plan to arrive on time.

Private cooking classes are available. Please make reservations two weeks ahead of time and with a minimum of 8 students.

You are purchasing a seat in a class. Upon checkout, please select Store Pickup as the shipping option.
Our classes are held in our store on the date and time listed. For directions to our store, click here.
After checkout you will receive an email receipt, please print it out and bring with you to the class as your proof of payment. Thanks!

    Scone Class

    It’s Chef Chelsea’s favorite time of year to make scones! In this ever so popular class you will make your own two batches of scones to be baked at home. We will use fruits that are in season and learn about the many different flavor combinations you can create. Learn the secret techniques for perfect scones for you and your family! Chef Chelsea will also demonstrate lemon curd and quick Devonshire Cream!
