Our classes are taught by Chelsea Bruce, chef, pastry artist, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Saint Helena, California.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes start at 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required. Please call or sign up online. Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know one week ahead and we can transfer you into another class. Classes with fewer than 8 enrolled will be cancelled. If this happens we will call you by phone the day before. You will have the choice of transferring to another class or receiving a full refund. All evenings include recipes, training, shopping for ingredients and menu planning. Please plan to arrive on time.

Private cooking classes are available. Please make reservations two weeks ahead of time and with a minimum of 8 students.

    Noodles are a wonderful comfort food and taste even better when they are handmade. In this class we will be stepping up our noodle game by      flavoring and coloring pasta dough with spinach, beets, and saffron, and laminating with herbs and edible flowers. We will also make tortellini and ravioli with a three cheese filling.

    There is nothing like the feeling of creating your own kitchen tools especially ones that become heirlooms. No experience is necessary. Come and learn the art of turning a piece of wood into a spoon. We provide all the necessary tools  and a light dinner will be provided.

    During this hands on class you will craft a Rainbow Roll, Crunchy Avocado Roll, Miso Glazed Sweet Potato Roll, and Sushi Doughnuts. We will also be making pickled vegetables, sauces, and using micro greens!
