Starting by selling her kitchen creations at the Foothill Farmers’ Market in
Auburn, Chef Terry Masten of Luna Baking Co. brings over 15 years of food industry experience to her classes. Trained in the culinary meccas of America, Chef Terry shares professional techniques and recipes in two-hour hands-on classes emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients. Children 8 and above are welcome to enroll with an enrolled parent. (Note: No nuts are used in any recipes.)
All classes start at 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required. Please call or sign up online. Limit 10 per class.
Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know one week ahead and we can transfer you into another class. Classes with fewer than 8 enrolled will be cancelled. If this happens we will call you by phone the day before. You will have the choice of transferring to another class or receiving a full refund. Please plan to arrive on time.

Delicious dishes from three different cuisines in three different continents result in lots of flavor, bright colors and fun galore. We will be making Chicken Black Bean Egg Rolls with Apricot Lime Dipping Sauce (Chinese), Hearty Minestrone (Italian), and Dessert Nachos (Mexican).
