Proscuitto, pear, gorgonzola, & walnut salad

tossed with Earth & Vine Honey Pear Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4-5 cups baby greens
- 2/3 cup diced prosciutto
- 2/3 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 2/3 cup toasted walnuts
- 2 Bosc pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Earth & Vine Honey Pear Vinaigrette, or more to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry baby greens. In a large bowl, combine greens, prosciutto, crumbled gorgonzola, and toasted walnuts. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated. Spoon salad onto plates, arrange pear slices on top, and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Serve with warm bread.
