1 bottle Robert Rothschild Thai Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/2 cup cashews
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 head leaf lettuce
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup Thai Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
In a large bowl, combine meat and sauce mixture and marinate for 15 – 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and add to skillet along with 2 sliced green onions and cook 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from heat. Scoop a couple tablespoons of mixture onto lettuce leaves and top with carrots, green onions, cilantro, and remaining Thai Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce.
4-6 servings.
